My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the service was top-notch, with helpful and considerate staff, the room I was allocated smelled strongly of mildew and wasn't up to my expectations. The location was comfortable and convenient, but in need of some refreshing. Dining options varied from horrible to delicious. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs.

My room was located in the back of the property next to the bocce ball court and a fire pit, and unfortunately, it smelled strongly of mildew. The suite I was moved to wasn't much better, lacking a balcony and with only three high windows.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious compared to other places I've stayed, and I booked the king size suite which had a separate living area with a TV, couch, and love seat. However, I did notice that the rooms are a bit dated, with old furniture and signs of wear and tear. The location was serene, tucked away in the back of the property next to the bocce ball court and a fire pit, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

Staying at this property at Indian Wells felt like being in a small village, perfect for the high-level tennis tournament my son was playing in for the weekend. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and clean. However, the service was lacking as it had a poor attitude and was often nonexistent for drink/food orders.
